TARGET BREAST CANCER

Kylie Minogue, Sienna Miller and Claudia Schiffer have today been unveiled in a series of sensational new images, shot by world renowned photographer Mario Testino, to launch Fashion Targets Breast Cancer 2010 (FTBC) - the groundbreaking fundraising campaign from UK charity Breakthrough Breast Cancer.
Each of the stunning images depicts the famous ambassadors appearing naked, wrapped in a striking silk sheet emblazoned with the iconic ‘target’ logo, including the strapline ‘Wear your support’.
The creative was devised by CMW as part of a fully integrated advertising campaign to launch FTBC 2010, with images featuring in digital and 6sheet adverts for a six week period from Monday March 29th. The advertising, secured by Posterscope, is to the value of several £million and has been donated free of charge for the charity.
Fashion Targets Breast Cancer was established in 1994 by Ralph Lauren after his friend and Fashion Editor of the Washington Post, Nina Hyde died of breast cancer, and was the fashion industry’s response to the devastating impact of the disease. Since the launch of FTBC in the UK in 1996, it has raised over £10.5 million for Breakthrough Breast Cancer’s groundbreaking research, campaigning and education work.Claudia supports Fashion Targets Breast Cancer

Stud we like

Typical. Its Spring, and while the figgin daffodils and crocuses are coming out, the sun has vetoed to stay firmly behind the blanket of grey. Its cold, grey and i am starting to have an uncontrollable tap for a nose, and its not because of hay-fever. So to ceclebrate good old English weather i have started to shovel through my cubord to find my some soft pastel colours and digging through vintage shops to find a pair of IT boots which bring the winter grunge and spring softness together. These beauties (above) are from a  New Zealand brand called: Beau Coops’s shoe collection, these soft suede ankle boots in grey, nude and black, with pretty studded-heel detail. Lift your mood with a crazy shopping spree between the sluggish mid seasons and trawl through a selection of boutiques to release your anger out on trying to find some tanned leather and studs.
BUT IF TRULY ILL DO NOT GO OUT its people like you who keep getting me ill.

Shock and Soul

Shock and soul was one of the first vintage clothing store/ boutique I had ever been to and by far my favourite.
The staff are all  charismatic and helpful and definitely know there way round. There is a vast lot of clothes there and you never know what you are going to find seeing as there is always new pieces and clothing you can find...from belts to bags to Dr. Martens and retro bodycon printed skirts, Shock and Soul is definitely an IT shop.

Impatience

So, its the 8th of March... and its a while to go before summer. I can't fucking wait any longer. So I thought I'd relieve myself by stating all the nice clothes I will wear in that time....

pictures 1-3 all from topshop
3-6 all from American Apparell
 7 from  Urban Outfitters

The last dress is my favourite, because I cna dress it up and down with the use of black tights, dr Martens a cardigan and a denim waistcoat. Or dress it down with just a simple cardigan with no tights and sandles

:D
